Air conditioner gets turned off without notice, which wouldn’t be an issue if it weren’t suspended on the hottest week of the season. Two of our three cable ports in the apartment don’t work, and when brought up to maintenance we were told to “call the cable company.” That’s not an Xfinity issue, it’s a wiring issue they did not fix and will not fix. Management has sent out emails about it yet doesn’t enforce anything. It’s understandable that kids will be kids and they get noisy, but when they’re running up and down the halls screaming until 1 am, that’s a bit ridiculous. Walls are paper thin, so don’t plan on sleeping well or being able to focus. The “privacy gates” are left open essentially 24/7, so not sure what the point in those is if anyone can just drive or walk into the parking lot who isn’t a resident. The lobby of the building and the elevators smell like raw sewage because of a leak downstairs that has yet to be handled. Management and maintenance keep making excuses saying they will come fix it or replace it and have yet to do so. For starters, we haven’t had a working washing machine in our unit for a month. It’s cheap because nothing is managed well or maintained.

Location seems convenient and the price of rent is enticing for the area, but it’s a trap.
